We buy a list of likely-to-sell homeowners in a neighborhood
2. We invite them to a seller workshop I teach at the local library
3. We go on the listing appointments together and win themI teach the workshops, win the client, and navigate the home to close. I need your help getting people to the workshop and running errands while I sell the home to a buyer.Specifically, you’ll make invitation phone calls and leave flyers on doors. When we get a client, you’ll handle the showings, signs, and other responsibilities in the field. That’s it.We’ll split the commission 50/50. On a $500,000 home sale, that’s about $5k to each of us.After one year as an apprentice, you’ll have the confidence to both get and work with your own listing clients using the same system. The commission split stays the same.Our clients who come from workshops are the best customers. They respect us, listen to us, value our time, pay the fee we ask, and refer us. I will never ask you to “cold call” for an appointment, call an internet lead, or bother people you know.Our focus is 100% on inviting downsizing homeowners in high-turnover areas who are thinking of selling in the next 12 months to a free community home-selling workshop at their library.I only need 3 hours a day of your time to start. You can come into the office or work from home.You’ll log into our CRM, and there will be a list of 150 people to invite. You’ll get about one person to say yes per day. If you don’t want to call them, you are welcome to drive to their home and tape the invite to their door (they are all clustered together). I’ll text the delivery route to your phone.You’ll then attend the workshop, go on all the listing appointments afterward with me, and help me get the deals to the finish line.
